Topic: Drums & Frustration
This is my very first "blog".
Being an "old geezer", I find it pretty COOL that you can do this for NOTHING!
I want this page to be an open forum for my ideas, frustrations, creative inspirations, etc.
Bear with me... I'm NEW to all of this.
Just want to say that I've been playing drums for approx. 30 years, and have never acheived the attention I so SELFISHLY want! My friends, and music aquaintences always told me that I'd be successful, but I never took the time to harvest my "talent". Bitter, party of Dave....
Sorry... feeling sorry for myself here....
I consider myself BLESSED for the talent God gave me, and have just recently, been re-bitten for the abilty to join a band, and try to create what I always wanted. (Boo Frickety HOO!)
ENOUGH!
I just want to get back into a Jazz/Fusion type of band, to prove to myself that i still "have it".
